Exchange Policy

1. Received the wrong item?

If we mistakenly sent you the wrong product and you’d like a quick exchange:

➡ We will generate a return slip for you.

➡ You’ll need to visit the nearest courier office to return the package.

For reverse pickup: This process may take up to 12 working days as per the courier company's policy.

2. Ordered the wrong item or size?

If you ordered the wrong item/size by mistake:

➡ You’ll need to return the product at your own expense.

➡ The item must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

➡ Once received, we will process the exchange (subject to availability).

Processing Time: 4-6 working days.

3. Want to exchange for a different product?

If you wish to replace your product with another:

➡ Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

➡ Ship the product to our provided office address.

➡ Once received, we will send the replacement product (depending on availability).

Return Policy

1. Want to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it:

➡ Send the item to our warehouse address (to be provided when filing the return).

➡ Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all tags attached.

➡ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

2. Refund Options

Note: A deduction of Rs. 200 will apply to refunded items.

➡ Tolerances – As per international standards, a size variation of up to 1 inch is acceptable.
